About the Western Dakota Estate Planning Council
The Western Dakota Estate Planning Council was established on January 12, 1981. The founding directors were Paul Wohnoutka, Paul W. Bibelheimer and Walter Renden.
The council meets in the fall through the spring at the Bismarck Country Club with speakers discussing planning topics related to estate, trust, insurance and financial services.
